Returns
Customers who purchase on JHSToys.com may return item(s) in new, unused condition within five (5) days of delivery.
No returns are accepted if the item(s) is opened or used.
For a full refund, customers need to return the item to us in its original packaging and is responsible for return postage fees.
Returns with missing incomplete contents will not be accepted and returned back to you.

Defects
If there is a manufacturing defect with the item sent, please contact or email us within five (5) days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the merchandise is used, assembled & displayed. Upon noticing such defect(s) please contact or email us immediately prior to assembly, use or display.
If the defective merchandise is approved for return, the return shipping fees will be covered by us.
Please keep a copy of your receipt, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
If you do not contact us within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise, it is understood by both the buyer and seller that the merchandise is acceptable and a return privilege are no longer available.
Imperfections
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on any issues concerning staining or imperfections on the products.
Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any issue(s).
If you do not contact us within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise, it is understood by both the buyer and seller that the merchandise is acceptable and a return privilege are no longer available.
Restocking Fees
Due to the nature of these collectible merchandise, under the situation where a return is accepted for defective/imperfect merchandise, a restocking fee may be applied
- You will receive 80% of the original price on merchandise returned in original condition past the return window dates
- You will receive 50% of the original price on merchandise returned in damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to the error of jhstoys.com
Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please let us know immediately. We will require you to return the incorrect item, and we will send you the correct one. We will reimburse you for the return shipping charges.
Legal Actions
In case there occurs a legal dispute between JHSToys Ltd. and our customers, the court(s) that governs the address at which JHSToys Ltd. is located will be the sole agreement jurisdictional court(s).
