A: Unless specifically stated on the merchandise page, all listed merchandise is in new & unused condition.

A: The price of the product is displayed on the product page in USD. You may also contact us with the product name or item code, and we can provide you with the price relative to your local currency.
Q. Will the out of stock be in stock again?
A: When a product is out of stock please contact us and we will notify you when the product is in stock again.
Shipping
Q. How do you charge your shipping cost?
A: We currently provide free worldwide registered airmail shipping on all items. We also provide express shipping service with additional costs. Please consult our Delivery Information page for further information on express shipping.
Q. I cannot place an order to where I live.
A: JHSToys does not ship to certain countries. Please refer to our Delivery Information for more information.
Q. Where can I check if the item I ordered has been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, our website does not currently have an order history page.
However, when your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail.
We plan on adding this feature in the near future.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A: Orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days and it will take between 7 to 20 business for the final delivery.
Express shipping is also available and will take between 3 to 10 business days.
The delivery time after shipment can differ according to the method of shipment, receiving address, receiving countries and customs clearance.

Q. How can I pay?
A: We accept Credit & Debit cards as payment.
Q. In which currency can I pay?
A: We currently only accept CAD as the currency of payment.
Our payment option offers fair conversion from your local currency to CAD.
Q. I am receiving an error message at checkout and can not pay for my order.
A. Our payment provider Square may have set specific country/region limitations on instant checkout. If you are unable to checkout an order through our website form, please send us an e-mail at jhstoys@jhstoys.com, and our staff will be happy to provide you with a direct secure purchase invoice to e-mail.
